Jordan Gaspari is one of the rare people you’ll meet who actually grew up wanting to be an agency recruiter.

His father and idol, Richard Gaspari, spent his entire 30-year career in the industry, giving Jordan an early appreciation for the craft: the relationships, the energy, the responsibility that comes with helping companies make consequential hiring decisions.

For much of the 2010s, Jordan sharpened that craft at Randstad Technologies — the 2nd largest human capital firm in the world — where he became a perennial top performer and trusted talent partner to Fortune 500 organizations including Wells Fargo, McKesson, UnitedHealth Group, and Cigna.

By 2017, Jordan had built a $10M annual book of business, but he also saw the limitations of large agency models in a market that was changing quickly. Clients needed more tailored precision. Candidates needed more transparency. As internal recruiting departments evolved, agency talent solutions needed to advance to survive.

In March 2018, just seven days after his father passed, Jordan combined two words — Exclusive and talent — and launched Exclusent.

What began as a deeply personal leap has become the foundation for a firm built around the same principles that shaped Jordan’s career from the beginning: authentic relationships, technical precision, honest market guidance, and the practical judgment required to help companies make more informed talent decisions that actually support scale, resilience, and long-term execution.

Jordan lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Caroline — a fitness trainer who tortures him in the gym — and their two young children, Jaxon and Madison.
